Joe Mota is the owner and founder of Prestige Landscaping Services. With over 8 years of experience as a Lawn care professional, Prestige provides homeowners and business sites  in the south sound area with high quality Lawn care and over all yard maintenance, including seasonal pruning, flower bed maintenance,  as well as beauty bark and gravel installation.    

As a child Frank dreamed about operating excavators and bulldozers. Before he was out of high school he had signed up with the Marines on one condition- that they train him to operate heavy machinery. Frank has over 25 years of experience with heavy equipment operation and has done everything on all sorts of large and small machines, from commercial work to road work, septic systems, housing developments – you name it!

Beverly is a stay at home mom and educator. She runs the admin side of the business with a team of wonderful people from the community (see our links page- coming soon). When she met Frank, their hard-work and integrity became synergy, and things started to take off.

His geographical areas of focus are Pierce, Mason, and Lewis counties,although at times can accommodate additional areas up request.

Russ began learning the construction business at a young age of 15 years old and always knewhe liked working with his hands, being able to build, fabricate and make things work. He workedmany years in a tool warehouse where he learned ins and outs of building construction and thetools that made it happen. He then ventured out into aerospace manufacturing, refrigeration,and printing press technician; you can say he is the jack of all trades. When he isn’t working, orout helping a neighbor, Russ likes to spend time with his wife of over 20 years, and 2 kids ages24 and 11. He enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, and being outdoors.
